Elizabeth Ann “Betty” DeMartinoSeptember 11, 1915 - March 22, 2011Elizabeth Ann “Betty” DeMartino, 95, wife of the late Edward Vincent DeMartino of Milford (originally of Norwalk), passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 22, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. Born September 11, 1915 in Norwalk, she was the daughter of the late John Pomazi, Sr. and Mary Kiss Pomazi. She is survived by her daughter Chiarina Melanie DeMartino Vincent. She was predeceased by her daughter Beverly Ann Caprio. She is also survived by her son-in-law Edward Caprio and by her grandchildren, Melissa Murray (John), Melanie Shedd (Christian), Kristen Dziekan (Richard), Matthew Vincent (Adriane), and by her two great-grandchildren Evan Murray and Demitri Shedd; and by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Avenue, Norwalk, CT. I am so sorry for your loss She was a very nice lady and I am sure she will be missed John & Joan

Betty was a great Lady who made an impact on all who knew her. She never stopped observing life around her and documenting it while giving her thoughts to make the reader visualize what she was seeing and thinking. I will think of her often.
