Hello, My heartfelt condolences on the death of “Mrs. Stevens”. She was my 3rd grade teacher at St. Phillips and I loved her very much. I had a lot of issues in 3rd Grade and she made me feel welcome and loved. I used to love to see her at Mass at St Phillips in recent years when I visited there with my mom. Right up to the last time I saw her she looked as beautiful and tasteful as I always remember in a matching skirt and sweater set. I am a teacher today and pray I can provide a fraction of the healing and warmth, good teaching and caring and the future healthy and happy memory “Mrs. Stevens” did for me to my students. Sincerely, Patricia O’Connor
