Molly WienerMay 15, 1916 ~ January 6, 2012Molly Wiener, 95, devoted wife of Seymour Wiener of Norwalk, died Friday, January 6, 2012 at Norwalk Hospital. Born May 15, 1916 in Allentown, PA, she was the first of four daughters of the late Sarah and Morris Siegel. She lived a beautiful life, devoted to her family, her friends, and her faith. She was an accomplished actress, a Sunday school teacher at Congregation Beth El for 25 years, an honored leader in Hadassah, and a gifted public speaker, among her many other talents and distinctions. Molly was adored by her husband, Seymour; son Rob and daughter-in-law Lisa; grandsons Gabriel and Jonah; sister Ruthie Rubin; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her dear sisters, Ellen Dubinsky and Edith Ezrachi. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 12 noon at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Avenue, Norwalk. Burial will follow at Independent Hebrew cemetery. Donations in Molly’s memory may be made to Congregation Beth El, 109 East Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06851; or Norwalk Hadassah, c/o 10 Maher Drive, Norwalk, CT 06850. I’ll always remember Molly in my class at the senior center and what a lovely person she was. Our deepest sympathy to Seymour and his family.

This play sounds like so much fun! Thanks for the write up for those of us that could not make it. Maybe one day she can take the show on the road or even beettr yet land a new show (Y&R hint hint). I always thought she would be really good at comedy, sounds like I was right. It’s nice to hear she appreciated all those that came out to see her. I hope she knows we all support her in anything she does.Oh and thanks for the pictures! She looks FANTASTIC! WOW!
