  • Sil, You had that ability to make us all smile and laugh, I can honestly say that I have never seen you angry or upset…Even when you became sick, you would just smile and say everything will be all right….It’s truly an honor to not only know you, but to call you my friend…God must have needed someone who could make him laugh…

Every time “Eye of the Tiger” plays I’ll smile and think of you….

    Rest in Peace

  • Every man leaves his mark. It’s how we’re remembered when we’re gone. For Sil, it was the ability to always find the Joy in Life. He always had a smile – a kind word – a humorous anecdote. He was the gentleest of gentleman. He wore life like a loose garment. We can all learn dignity from the example he set. Rest in Peace – the struggle is over. My prayers are with you Lucia and Gianni. He’ll be missed by all who knew him.
