March 12, 1921 - April 17, 2011

Concetta M. Dominici, 90, of Norwalk, wife of the late Victor Dominici, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2011 in the Norwalk Hospital with her family at her side.

Born March 12, 1921 in Norwalk, she was the daughter of the late Basil and Maria Amato Pellagrino.

Mrs. Dominici affectionately known as “Gram” was a wonderful, loving and devoted mother, grandmother and sister who lived for her family. She often attended her grandchildren’s ball games, was an avid Yankees fan and had a soft-spot for the Mets. She loved planting her flowers and taking care of her yard. Mrs. Dominici attended Norwalk H.S. and worked for 35 years at Pepperidge Farm.  She will be sorely missed by all who loved and knew her.

Mrs. Dominici is survived by her two sons, Ron Dominici (Carolyn) and David Dominici (Wendy); by her daughter Vicki Armistead (Carl); and by her eight grandchildren, Sandra Dardis, James Massey, Richard Massey, Danielle Longo, Christin Schor, Michael Dominici, Dina Dominici and Danny Dominici.  She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and by her brother James Pellegrino.

In addition to her husband Victor, Mrs. Dominici was predeceased by her brothers Jerry and Anthony Pellagrino and by her sisters Josephine Pellagrino, Helen Festa and Anne Leone.

  • i am sorry for her passing ,i will miss her dearly she was a wonderful women and friend to our family , i remember when she would stop by our house an bring cookies for us and cake i few times i would go to her home nearbyurd road and have milk and cookies or ice cream she was one of the best women our family have known vickie i am sorry sorry ur momn was the best love always
