September 8, 1912 - June 22, 2011

Anna M. Mravunac, 98, of Norwalk, wife of the late Joseph M. Mravunac, passed away Wednesday,   at the Norwalk Hospital.

Born September 8, 1912 in Stamford, CT, she was daughter of the late Michael and Anna Resjan Zvonkovich.

Mrs. Mravunac attended St. John School in Stamford and worked for many years in the manufacturing industry in both Stamford and Norwalk and has been a Norwalk resident for the past 50 years.  Mrs. Mravunac was also a lifetime member of the Croatian Fraternal Union.  She loved her family deeply, was always a welcoming host to her home, and was inseparable from her beloved husband.

Mrs. Mravunac is survived by her daughter Dorothy  Zaumseil of Norwalk; two grandchildren Kristen  Zaumseil of Norwalk and David  Zaumseil of Telluride, CO; and by her two great-grandchildren, Kealey and Kenzie Zaumseil, both of Telluride, CO.  Additionally, she is survived by her sister Katherine Slavinsky of Stamford; two nephews Jack Slavinsky (Ellen) and Robert Slavinsky (Jennifer), all of Redding, CT; and by her two nieces, Donna Miller (Jeffrey) of Woodbury, CT and Jean Anderson (Gary) of Danbury, CT.

In addition to her husband Joseph, Mrs. Mravunac was predeceased by her sister Mary Muskovitz, nephew Joseph Muskovitz and niece Ann Gostomski.
