Daniel D. Secchi, 84, of Norwalk, husband of Mary Lou Barrows Secchi, died Sunday, May 18, 2014, in Norwalk Hospital.

 

Born in Norwalk, March 21, 1930, son of the late Dominick and Marion Kmicinsky Secchi, he was a Korean War veteran of the U. S. Navy. Mr. Secchi retired from Automatic Signal Corporation in 1981 as plant superintendent. Dan was a member of the South Norwalk Boat Club since 1952 and was an Exchange Club member for twenty-five years. His loves were his family and boating.

 

Survivors in addition to his wife include; daughter, Linda Hayo and her husband, Carl, of Trumbull, and son; David Secchi and wife Laura, of Patterson, New York, three grandchildren; William Secchi, Matthew and Amanda Hayo.

 

Private services with military honors were held. Disposition is also private.
