  1. Our thoughts & prayers are with all the family–now & in the days ahead. We were so blessed to have had Dody (& Tom) as neighbors & then as friends for many years. She was such a gracious, charming lady with a wonderful laugh & sense of humor & oh what a sense of style. I can still see your dad & mom taking off in her convertible with a bottle of wine & 2 glasses tucked away in the car to go watch another beautiful sunset on Marco Island. She (& your dad) will always be missed but not forgotten.

  • I had the pleasure of working at Lely High during the time Dorothy was in the Guidance Office. No matter how busy and hectic the office was, she was calm and never got flustered. I will be saying an extra pray tonight for Dorothy.

  • I loved Mrs. Larson! I attended Lely High School and worked in the Guidance office for one period every day. She was so nice to me, always helpful, and would often kid about fixing me up with her son, Luke, who was in my same grade. Ironically, Luke and I (along with Lance Cuneo) became great friends during our junior year of high school. You were one special lady, Mrs. Larson! Sending prayers of comfort to Luke and family. I know they miss you!
