On October 9, 1972, my father, Dr. Benedict F. Gambino, passed away at the age of 50. My father and Dr. Serena were both colleagues and friends. After almost forty years, they are together again. I remember Dr. Serena and send my condolences.

My grandfather was a very interesting person. I haven’t seen my grandfather since I was 15, mostly because he and my father chose that path. Although, I knew him as a stern, strong individual who had a passion for many things and it is an honor to be apart of the Serena blood line. RIP “pops”

What a wonderful man and person.
My family and I was so fortunate to know him.
A kind and gentle man….was extremely kind to my daughter Emily,
an altar server at St. Thomas church. He will always be remembered.
