  1. Will miss Eleanor terribly. She was a wonderful, caring friend always willing to lend sage advice or a caring hug. She would invite me (and others) with her to St. Thomas, sharing her faith during holidays or if you’re heart was heavy. ❤ She was strong and smart, and shared her knowledge and belief in education. I will always remember her kindness asand friendship. -Megan

  • It is with deep sadness to hear about the passing of dear Eleanor; having both of us an OFS member of St. Mary of the Angels Fraternity I had the wonderful opportunity to be in her company & chat many times; the thing that always stood out, as well as emphasized now, is that she was very humble, prayerful, kind & selfless with a great love for her family, friends, fellow Franciscans & the world. I simply had no idea all she was involved with since she was the type of person who didn’t focus on herself but always on others. My heartfelt sympathy goes to her family & friends for your loss but we know she is looking down from Heaven & praying for all of us. Victoria Moon, OFS
