Evangeline "Eve" Belardinelli

November 5, 1919 - March 6, 2012

Evangeline “Eve” Belardinelli, 92, of Norwalk, wife of the late Barry Belardinelli, died peacefully at home, Tuesday, March 6,  2012.

Born in Greenwich, November 5, 1919, daughter of the late Frederick and Gladys May Foss Klett, she had been married fifty-five years prior to her husband’s death in 1997. Mrs. Belardinelli was a x-ray assistant; working with several area doctors prior to her retirement twenty-eight years ago. She had been a member of Shorehaven Country Club.

Survivors include one son; Barry F. Belardinelli, and his wife Toni, of Norwalk, two daughters; Karen Kulish and husband John, Lynn Prescott and her husband Michael, all of Norwalk, seven grandchildren; Barry Belardinelli, II, and wife Corrie, Patricia Belardinelli, Jeff Brundage, and wife Elizabeth, Meghann Eramo and husband Raymond, Kaitlyn Prescott, Connor and Colin Prescott, six great grandchildren; Barry, III, Michael, Sabrina, Ava, Isabella and Jackson, and also by her caregiver of the last five years, Krystina Dek.

Mrs. Belardinelli is predeceased by her sister Barbara Carson.

A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, March 9th, at 10:00 A.M. in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 203 East Avenue. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.

Friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Avenue, Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M.

  1. Eve’s grandparents were my grand parents. My mom was Eve’s father’s sister. I met Eve when she worked for Dr. Gloetzner .Eve”s father,grandparents and my mom are buried at Lake view cementary New Canaan.
