Frank Sciubba


April 27, 1949 - August 2, 2012

Frank Sciubba, 63, devoted spouse of Tina Rubiano-Sciubba of Norwalk, passed away Thursday, August 2, 2012 in the Norwalk Hospital.  Born April 27, 1949 in Jamaica, NY, he was the son of the late Frank and Elizabeth Fitzgerald Sciubba.

Mr. Sciubba served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Midway during Vietnam and then worked as a Senior Supervisor for the Nassau County Department of Public Works.

He was the loving brother of Elizabeth (Kris) and Robert; and Brother-in-law of Steven Lutz and Jacqueline Sciubba. He was also the uncle of Karen Sciubba, Jennifer Sciubba, Jeannie Normile, Jamie Lutz, Steven Lutz, Jr. and 20 other nieces and nephews.

    You gave Frank the best gift one person can give to another…you loved him totally and without reservation. The support you gave him during his illness surely extended his life and made his final days exactly the way he wanted them to be.
    You will cry and grieve, but I know you will eventually feel a sense of peace and I pray that you feel that peace soon.
    I will be here for you and know that you will always have a friend to lean on.
