To laugh often and much,
to win the respect of intelligent people,
and the affection of children,
to earn the appreciation of honest critics
and endure the betrayal of false friends,
to appreciate beauty,
to find the best in others,
to leave the world a bit better . . .
to know even one life has breathed
easier because you have lived,
This is to have succeeded!

Helene succeeded!

  1. My deepest sympathies to Helene’s family. I knew Helene personally before I knew her as part of the GE Capital family. We attended each other’s retirement parties. I’m so shocked and saddened by her passing, she was such a warm, loving person she will be terribly missed.

  • In our early 20’s Helene and I were like sisters. Time passes, circumstances happen and you drift apart. I was trying to find her via facebook and 1 link turned into another and I ended up here. I would love to speak to someone in her family. What was it that took her life so young? Please e-mail me at plaksmacker@aol.com… I remember what a great person she was….I only wish I had gotten in touch with her years ago. So sorry for your loss..
