Jody Ann Arcamone

March 21, 1961 - January 6, 2018

Jody Ann Arcamone, a lifelong resident of Norwalk, CT, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Stamford Hospital surrounded by her family. Born March 21, 1961 in Norwalk, she was the daughter of Gladys DeMartino Peruzzi and the late Anthony DeMartino of Norwalk.

She was the loving wife of 30 years to Michael Arcamone, also of Norwalk. After graduating from Brien McMahon High School in 1980, Jody worked as a Dental Orthodontic Technician for Westwalk Orthodontic Group in Norwalk. She took pride in later opening her own lab Jodi’s Ortho Lab. Because she was so fond of children, Jody decided to go back to school, and she graduated in 2001 with a degree in Early Childhood Education with honors. For the past twenty years, she has worked at the Methodist Family Center Preschool in Darien. Jody cared for her students as if they were her own children. She had a love for boating, yoga, and enjoyed any moment she could spend with loved ones. Jody touched the lives of everyone around her, including her thirteen nieces and nephews, and her beloved dogs, Missy May and Dixie Bell. Jody will be greatly missed by all.

Jody is predeceased by her father, Anthony DeMartino, and her stepfather, Carmen Peruzzi. She is survived by her husband, Michael, her mother, Gladys Peruzzi, her siblings, Dominick DeMartino (Jane), Anthony DeMartino, Darlene Pironto (Gary), Paul DeMartino, and Toni-Lynn Peruzzi, and her in-laws, Ralph and Marie Arcamone.
