May 31, 1935 - May 23, 2018

Patricia Ryan Guckian, of Norwalk, wife of the late William J. Guckian, left this world on May 23, 2018, at home.

Born to Frank and Catherine Ryan at Greenwich Hospital on May 31, 1935. A graduate of Greenwich High School, Class of 1953, she graduated Greenwich Hospital School of Nursing in 1956.

Pat was a member of St. Philip Catholic Church, Alumni of both Greenwich High School and Nurses of Greenwich Hospital. She was a member of the Darien YMCA, and volunteered with the Red Cross and Girl Scouts of America.

Patricia was survived by her beloved partner, Stephen Bamford, her five children; Maureen P. Smyth, and husband Steven V., of Doylestown, PA, Susan M. Kreager and husband Matthew D., of Lander, WY, Elizabeth A. Scalise and husband Richard T., of Redding, Ann M. Kozar and husband Louis, of New Canaan, William T. Guckian and wife Stacy, of Niantic, five grandchildren: Matthew S. Smyth, of Nashville, TN, Emily Jane {Smyth} McDonald, of Anchorage, AK, Cameron C. {Kreager} Bishop, of Lander, WY, Noah S. Kreager, also of Lander, Jacob Kozar of New Canaan, CT and a great grandson; Easton Day Bishop, also of Lander.

Mrs. Guckian is predeceased by siblings: Eleanor Morrell, Ann Louise Devitt and Francis M. Ryan.
