February 2, 1917 - August 17, 2012

Sue Lofaro, 95, wife of the late Carl Lofaro of Boca Raton, FL, passed away Friday, August 17, 2012, at the Norwalk Hospital.  Born February 2, 1917, in New York City, NY, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Grace Giacobbe Zino.

Mrs. Lofaro worked for 17 years for the New York State Department of Labor.  In her spare time, she was an active volunteer at Holy Rosary Church in the Bronx, NY, and her hobbies included knitting, crocheting and playing bridge and canasta.

She is survived by her son Carl and his wife Yvette of Readington, NJ, and her daughters Nancy Heise and her husband Carl of Norwalk, CT, Janet Sullo and her husband Carl of Medford, NJ, and Barbara Montanti and her husband Tony of Glenwood, MD; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.  She is also survived by her sisters Anne and Vera of Boca Raton, FL.
