Theresa Marie Miller, 91, of Norwalk, wife of the late James J. Miller, Sr., died peacefully, while on vacation, on Sunday, November 20, 2016.

 

Born in Leominster, Mass., May 26, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Amedee and Regina Metivier. Mrs. Miller was a quality control inspector at the former Norden Division of United Technologies and Norfield Electronics. She enjoyed her family, traveling, knitting, sewing and listening to good music.

 

Survivors include her children; Sandy Vallieres and her husband Larry, of Old Saybrook, Karen Daon and husband George, of Norwalk, Mary Leonard and husband Jon, of Hilton Head, So. Carolina, Jim Miller and his wife Sandy, of Colchester, eleven grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

 

Theresa is predeceased by all of her siblings.

 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, November 26th,, at 11:30 A. M. in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 203 East Avenue. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.

    So sorry about your Mom, Pat & I were very sad when we heard about Aunt Terry
    Right away we both started telling each other about all the stories and memories we had with your mom & dad not only at the farm but going on the boats to the Norwalk islands to real estate classes with your mom, hunting in New York State with your dad. I cannot forget the good times we had in Florida also, and all the rest of the fond memories we have had with each of all your families. 19 Great GrandChildern !!! Wow
