October 14, 1949 - October 9, 2015

William A. Lindwall, 65, of Norwalk, husband of Sandra L. Strand Lindwall, passed away Friday, October 9, 2015.

Born October 14, 1949 in Norwalk, CT, he was the son of the late Edward and Eileen Nolan Lindwall and a life-long resident of Norwalk.

Bill was a true gentleman and a great friend. He loved his family, his friends his motorcycle and house in Florida and his dogs Harlie and Jackie. He was proud of his service in the army and volunteered for a second tour in Vietnam. Bill worked for NRS and later Waste Management as a driver for over 30 years.

In addition to his wife Sandy, he is survived by his daughters Casey Callahan Lindwall of Norwalk and Jeanne Lysobey of Whitefield, Maine; and by his son Robert Lysobey of Southbend, Indiana.

He is also survived by his sister Ingrid L. Kurensky of Norwalk, brother James Lindwall of Weston, and by several nieces and nephews.
